30-Day Return Policy
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Kazikame purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the item. Here’s how it works:
- Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached.
- Request a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@kazikame.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- Return Shipping: You’ll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, if the item arrived damaged or defective, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.
- Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We want to make it right:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@kazikame.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Please include a photo of the damage or defect for faster processing.
- Replacement or Refund: Depending on the issue, we’ll either send you a replacement item at no extra cost or offer a full refund, including any shipping fees.
Size Exchanges
We understand that getting the right fit is important! If you need a different size:
- Request an Exchange: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@kazikame.com with your order number and the new size needed.
- Exchange Process: You’ll need to return the original item, and once we receive it in its original condition, we’ll send out the new size. The customer is responsible for return shipping, but we’ll cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item.
